Ipswich Soup kitchen was formed in 1992 by Central Churches Together. Different groups go to the town each night,
meeting in Tower Street at 8pm.
The operation is set up outside using portable tables just opposite the Citizens Advice Bureau.
For an hour 8pm till 9pm food, soup, coffee and teas are supplied to the homeless and needy of the town.
